So Rude and Insensitive...

I just got off the phone with a woman from her staff. She was so rude to me. Not only was she cold and harsh sounding, she raised her voice at me. She was so mean. I've never experienced this before today, I'm leaving Dr. Hudson because I don't feel that her staff is reliable and approachable.

NIGHTMARE STAFF!!!!!

As most of the reviews listed below...I would definetly agree Dr. Hudson herself, is a WONDERFUL doctor. Very patient, educated,gentle. But dealing with the front desk staff is an absolute NIGHTMARE!!!! Those woman are VERY rude, callous, have NO team work amoung each other. They do NOT represent the medical profession with class at all!! It only took me two appts at the office (at 106 E.35st) to change my gyn doctor! I walked in both times to an aura of extreme hostility with the front desk staff and the patients. If any patient in the waiting room DARES to ask a question..they are made a spectecle of, co-pays are bullied before you even sign-in, if the doctor is running behind..you are NOT notified after waiting over 40mins in the waiting room. As I had stated in the beginning, Dr. Hudson is wonderful..BUT she is NOT worth the mental anguish one is guaranteed to suffer just to get past her staff!!

Good OBGYN, but ugly office

When entering into the office, I wasn't very pleased. I had to wait 45 min. to an hour before my app...
